This allows GTC to respond to our clients needs without the undue delays to contract provisioning. We maintain a state of the art remote maintenance facility that allows us to satisfy 99% of our clients request for Moves, Adds, & Changes (MAC) within two hours and without the expense and delay of dispatching a technician.
